Can I use Mighty for free?

Yes, you can accept card payments using Mighty without a subscription, though for each transaction you will pay a small processing fee (as is the case with all card processing platforms). There are no ads in the app, and we never sell your data to third parties.
Mighty does offer Pro subscriptions that provide options for reduced or no processing fees on transactions, in addition to other helpful features for your business. You can purchase them for $9.99/month or $99.99/year (note that prices may change slightly by country).
Does Mighty require me to create an account?

Yes, you'll need to set up an account via Mighty to begin collecting card payments. The account creation process will include providing key pieces of information (such as contact and bank account info) via Stripe, our payment processing partner.
If you already use the Mighty Invoicing app, you can log into the same account to use Mighty POS.
How can I cancel my subscription?

Navigate to the Subscriptions tab of the Settings app on your iPhone. There you can manage all of your app subscriptions — including Mighty Pro. You can also open the Settings screen in your Mighty app and tap the Pro Subscription option.
Can I use Mighty on a computer?

Our app is currently available only on iPhones. Please contact us via our website, support portal, or within the app to share your requests and feedback, however. We value hearing from you!
Payment Processing
What if I already have a payment processor?

Mighty can only be used to accept card payments when you create a payments account through our app. Setting one up is free, and takes just a few minutes. If you use Mighty Invoicing already, you can log into Mighty POS with the same account info.
Are there fees for using payments?

Yes, accepting debit or credit card payments requires you to pay a small processing fee. By default, the amount will be subtracted from your invoice total. But Pro subscribers can choose to add a surcharge to invoices instead (if applicable for their business). Check out this support article for more details.
What is required to use Mighty Payments?

You’ll need to submit basic information (such as email and phone number) and documents that confirm your identity and tax status. These may be personal, such as an ID card or passport. Such requirements are mandated by relevant authorities, so cannot be skipped.
